110209 (Bruce R. Bennett/The Palm Beach Post) PALM BEACH - Employees of The Breakers -- including (from left to right fron, all cq) Darren Hirsowitz, Danny Miller, Stephanie Bailey, and Denise Bober -- look up and smile for a photo by Lauren Lieberman (cq) of LILA PHOTO. Over 400 employees were photographed as a "living logo" on the Ocean Lawn at The Breakers Monday afternoon. "I plotted each person on a grid," said Lieberman, who was boosted high in the air by a Palm Beach Fire-Rescue truck to get an aerial perspective. "It is to show The Breakers isn't just about the structure. What is so incredible about The Breakers is the people. I'm proud to be a part of it." The Breakers is calling this the company's first "living logo." The idea is to honor the staff as key to the resort's success during these difficult economic times, according to spokeswoman Ann Margo Peart. While all sorts of hotels are in cut-back mode, The Breakers has retained its staff and has even expanded many of the benefits it offers to its employees, Peart said.
